The HDE Station is the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range and it is designed for soldering applications that require large amounts of heat.It provides the best soldering quality thanks to the JBC Exclusive Heating System and, additionally, Intelligent Sleep & Hibernation Modes help to extend life of tips.

This station comes with the T470-FA Thermal Insulator HD Handle, the most comfortable HD Handle thanks to the foam and the wider grip. It is only compatible with C470 Cartridges.

The station also includes the CL8499 Manual Tip Cleaner, a complete cleaning system with splashguard and antisplash membrane to keep the work area clean and free of solder particles, and the SCH-A Cartridge Holder to store up to 16 cartridges and tips nearby.

As all JBC Stations, the Heavy Duty Station has a fast and easy configuration menu with more than 10 customizable parameters according to your needs, full control of soldering processes and remote work management thanks to the JBC Traceability Software. It also allows direct connection with JBC Fume Extractors.

Additionally, you can connect the Heavy Duty Tweezer Set KHT470A which provides twice the power of the T470 Handle. In this set 2 HDE-U Control Units are required.
